Hey, I’m Makayla.

After being diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer at 23, I started learning as much as possible about health. I overcame cancers and lost 30 pounds. Now, I help others reach their health goals.

My Story

My journey lead me to a science based, holistic approach to health.

I founded Let’s Not Die Yet (LNDY) after years of being dismissed by doctors.

My mission is to simplify complex topics to help you live in harmony with your body. Hormones, blood sugar, digestion, detoxification, muscle gain, fat loss - these are just some of the topics we get into!

I developed a 5 phase approach to teaching you how to find freedom with food, movement, & body image without working so hard!

  • We will evaluate your current lifestyle. Where are you currently at? What do you enjoy about your current lifestyle?

  • We will determine the optimal changes to get you to your goals without giving up the food and activities you love!

    We will continue to be reminded of the why. Why are the changes you’re implementing important?

  • We will build systems that make change easy! Putting systems in place is critical for sustaining your transformation.

  • We will evaluate the effectiveness of the systems we put into place. If anything is not working, modifications will be made.

    I will be with you every step of the way!

  • We ensure you have the confidence & knowledge to continue your health journey independently!
